QIC Welcome Ian Austen Onboard

Ian Austen 29, graduated from Solent University in 2002 studying Business Information Technology before starting his career in the IT Industry. Ian has worked for several companies in the area in various helpdesk and IT Support roles working in mainly Microsoft environments.

In his last role with Composite Ltd he worked as an IT Systems Administrator and was responsible for the organisations IT infrastructure which included multiple servers and desktops as well as the companies disaster recovery process. Ian has over 7 years experience working in the IT industry and has achieved Microsoft Accreditation during this time.

Ian has always had a keen interest in computers but in his spare time he likes to play a variety of sports including football and cricket. Ian recently got married and lives with his wife in Park Gate.

"I'm looking forward to working in my new role, says Ian. I was attracted to QIC as everyone is really friendly and such a close knit team, I am looking forward to implementing and supporting a wide range of systems".
